I've been here for 6 years I love the place and it's quiet
Unsed to be a really nice place, however the owners have lost intrest in any kind of improvements. Lot rent goes up evey year with no improvements to go with it.

Better than most parks but a lot of drug activity and abandon homes and a lot of lots empty
